Monaco Parkings simplifies the user experience
The public car park management service of the Principality has introduced a single contact number available to all users.
From now, to contact Monaco Parkings, you will need to dial 98 98 28 00.
This new single contact number reflects the Government’s ongoing commitment to simplifying procedures and improving the quality of public services.
Using an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, each call is directed from the outset to the appropriate contact person: customer service, online bookings for the Salines car park, or the office handling claims and other requests.
Outside opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 5 pm, or when all lines are busy, an information message invites users to send their enquiry by email to spp@gouv.mc.
This single number replaces all previous public contact numbers, which have now been deactivated.
