Call for applications "HEMERA A" and other available housing

Applications for "HEMERA A" (formerly Grand Ida) , and other available housing will be open from Monday 15 September until 10 October.

The Housing Department wishes to make it known to persons of Monegasque nationality who are interested in renting State-owned apartments that, from Monday 15 September 2025, they can submit their application online.

Applications can be made via the dedicated online service or via MonGuichet.mc, the portal from the Prince’s Government and Monaco City Hall.

Monegasque nationals who submitted their application online and were successful in the last call for applications can easily renew it: the form will be pre-filled with the information provided when the selected application was submitted. Simply click on "Submit an application" to begin a new application.

Monegasque nationals who have an active digital identity on their new identity card will be able to log in securely using their Individual account with the  MConnect service. service Information related to an applicant’s identity (surname, first name, date and place of birth, etc.) will already be filled in. Those who do not have a Monegasque digital identity will be able to log in with their existing online service account or by creating a new account.

Those who do not have a digital device will be able to submit their applications using a form which can be obtained from the reception desk at the Housing Department*. Applicants can also go to the Maison du Numérique**.

Applications must be submitted duly completed by the closing date, i.e. by Friday 10 October 2025 at 5.00 pm, at the latest. Applications posted by this date but not received will not be considered valid. 

No late or incomplete applications will be considered.

An online service for submitting a new application for National Housing Aid

As part of the drive to modernise public services, the Housing Department has joined forces with the Interministerial Delegation for Digital Transition to launch a new online service for Monegasque nationals applying for National Housing Aid (ANL) for the first time, or making a new application after moving home.
