Discover the Rendez-vous du numérique!
The first edition of this new event series, launched as part of the Extended Monaco programme, will focus on social media and digital addiction on 9 April.
On average, we spend more than three hours a day on our phones. Social media has become part of everyday life, but it also raises questions about its effects on our attention, behaviour and relationships.
Against this backdrop, the first Rendez-vous du numérique, launched as part of the Extended Monaco programme, will explore the theme: "Social media and digital addiction".
This series of conferences, organised throughout the year, aims to offer events open to all in order to:
- Understand the mechanisms that make social media captivating
- Identify what holds our attention and influences our behaviour
- Discover practical approaches to better manage our relationship with digital technology
Professionals and experts in the field will share their insights and answer participants' questions. Each session will enable participants to leave with practical ideas they can apply in their daily lives.
