Launch of the "CID Alumni" community
The Committee for Graduate Employment (CID) officially launched the "CID Alumni" community on Tuesday 16 June, a new network designed to strengthen ties among graduates of the Principality and support their professional integration and career development.
Created in 2010 at the initiative of the Prince's Government, under the aegis of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs, the CID supports students and young graduates in gaining access to the labour market. Since its creation, nearly 2,700 young people have benefited from its personalised support, with a professional integration rate approaching 78%.
This new “CID Alumni” community brings together former CID beneficiaries, young graduates entering the workforce and Monegasques returning to the Principality. It aims to encourage the sharing of experiences and opportunities through meetings, thematic exchanges and, ultimately, mentoring initiatives.
