Maison du numérique: works extended and temporary reception

To ensure visitors are welcomed in optimal conditions, the works currently underway at the Maison du numérique have been extended until further notice.

To maintain continuity of certain digital support services, temporary reception arrangements have been set up at the Monaco Telecom shop.

The public is welcomed there by the digital advisers during the Maison du numérique's usual opening hours (Tuesday to Friday: 10.00 am to 6.00 pm – Saturday: 10.00 am to 2.30 pm at 9 rue du Gabian, 98000 Monaco).

At the Monaco Telecom shop, assistance is offered for everyday digital tools, including:

• Television 
• Mobile phone 
• Email 
• Smartphone 
• Personal computer (no computers are available on site) 
• The YourMonaco app

Assistance with using the MConnect mobile app can be offered to help understand how it works and how to use it, provided the phone supports it and digital identity is already active.

This assistance relates exclusively to using the app. Administrative procedures linked to digital identity are not carried out on site.

Administrative procedures relating to digital identity cannot be carried out at the Monaco Telecom shop, including: 

• Activating digital identity 
• Resetting passwords 
• Renewing certificates

For these procedures, members of the public are invited to go to Monaco City Hall for Monegasque nationals, or to the Police Department for Monaco residents.
