The opening of a call for applications for the allocation of state-owned accommodation

From Monday 11 September to 6 October 2023, eligible Monegasques can submit their application online via MonGuichet.mc, the online services platform of the Prince's Government and Monaco City Hall.

• Monegasque nationals who submitted their application online and were successful in the last call for applications can easily renew it: the form will be pre-filled with the information provided when the selected application was submitted
• Monegasque nationals who have an active digital identity on their new identity card will be able to log in using their Individual account with the MConnect service and will no longer have to prove their Monegasque identity and nationality. They will be provided with a pre-filled form containing all the information required
• Those who do not have a Monegasque digital identity will be able to log in with their MonGuichet.mc account if they already have one or can create one
• Those who do not have a digital device will be able to submit their applications using a form which can be obtained from the reception desk at the Housing Department, 10 bis, Quai Antoine I in Monaco - Contact details: 98.98.80.08 or 44.80 – dh.domanial@gouv.mc (opening hours from 9.30 am to 5 pm, from Monday to Friday)
