This general guide is designed as a tool for awareness and prevention and support. Its aim is to provide information on the measures in place within the Monegasque Government, to remind everyone of their rights, and clarify the responsibilities of all.
In accordance with Article 44 of the Constitution and the provisions of the Act no. 1.457 of 12 December 2017, amended, and in particular Article 5 thereof, a procedure is applicable within the executive services of the State, for reporting facts or conduct that may fall within the scope of this Act.
This guide is divided into three sections, with the reporting procedure covered in the first section:
