This guide is designed to raise awareness, help prevent harassment and violence, and provide support. Its aim is to explain the mechanisms in place within the Monegasque government, remind everyone of their rights, and clarify the responsibilities of all civil servants.
In accordance with Article 44 of the Constitution and the provisions of the Act no. 1.457 of 12 December 2017, amended, in particular Article 5, there is a whistleblowing procedure in place at government departments and agencies, for reporting any behaviour that may be prohibited by the legislation.
This guide has three sections, the first of which contains details about the whistleblowing procedure:
- What is harassment and violence in the workplace?
- How to respond to incidents of harassment or violence at work
- How to prevent incidents of harassment or violence at work
