MonServicePublic.mc is the essential website of the Prince’s Government for users of Monegasque public services. This platform, a unique point of entry to the Government for individuals in the Principality, provides access to information, tools and online services that make it easier to complete the majority of administrative procedures.
With the primary aim of assisting citizens, MonServicePublic.mc comprises 12 thematic areas featuring practical guides designed and organised to explain and simplify the various steps involved in the administrative procedures of Monaco’s public services. To ensure that the platform is as helpful as possible, it also includes access to a comprehensive government directory so that users can seek information directly from the relevant department or organisation if required.
In parallel, the “Events in your life” section has been set up as a series of guided pathways to assist users during important moments in their lives (moving house, expecting a baby, etc.). The Diary and News sections provide information about important occasions, public holidays and events relating to the Principality and the Monaco Government.
In addition to serving as a source of reference where individuals in the Principality can find general information and information about administrative issues, MonServicePublic.mc adds additional value by offering online access to the majority of Monaco Government services, enabling users to make use of public services from their PC or smartphone.
MonServicePublic.mc is a modern upgrade that replaces the service-public-paticuliers.gouv.mc website, which has been publishing this information for 10 years. Created by the Digital Services Department, it is the result of a collaborative effort involving all State departments, the Commune and major organisations in the Principality to centralise and update all statutory and useful information.
