Requests for voting by proxy

Voters who are unable to go to the polling station on the day of the election can apply to vote by proxy, valid for both rounds.

Persons who have the new Monegasque identity card and who have activated their digital identity may submit an application to vote by proxy online, no later than Friday 10th March 2023 at 6.00 pm.

It is recommended to use a computer or a tablet and to choose the Chrome browser to carry out this procedure, which will require the ID card to be read either by the smartphone (using the "NFC" function) or by the card reader provided when the digital identity was activated (if the request is made by computer).

The application for a proxy vote can also be made by filling in the paper form and the certificate on honour (combined in one document, downloadable below). The form and certificate must be dated and signed by the principal and returned to the Secretariat General of the Monaco Town Hall, together with the documents indicated. Deadline for receipt of documents: Friday 10 March 2023 at the latest.

The list " L'Évolution Communale " will use the Y. KREIZBERG room of the Rainier III Auditorium on Wednesday 15 March 2023 at 7.30 pm.

On this occasion, free parking will be granted in the Louis II and Grimaldi Forum car parks (ticket collection at the entrance terminal from 6 pm onwards).

In addition, for those wishing to use the Compagnie des Autobus de Monaco lines, free parking will be granted on presentation of a Monegasque identity document.
