From 10 April 2023, the Department of Employment is introducing a new form to be used by employers in the Principality when renewing or updating a work permit.
To simplify administrative formalities for employers, only the following changes need to be declared using the new form :
- Change of qualification
- Change of contract type/duration
- Change to working times
- Change to teleworking conditions
- Change of civil status
Submit this form to obtain a new work permit. In the event of a change in the employee’s family circumstances, a declaration should be made to the Monaco Social Security Funds.
Finally, remember that as a Monegasque employer, you can obtain an online appointment (by clicking the following link: : esii-orion.com/orion-reservation in order to submit an application for autorisation to hire an employee or renew/update a work permit.
