Long Service Medals for 2024

The Secretary-General of the Government would like to inform the public that proposals for the award of long service medals to individuals who fulfil the conditions required by the Sovereign Ordinance of 6 December 1924 must be submitted to him from 2 April 2024 and until 3 June 2024 at the latest.

No submissions received after this date can be considered.

Please note that the second grade (bronze) medal can only be awarded after 20 years of service with the same employer in the Principality of Monaco (completed by the current year). The 20 years must have been completed after reaching the age of 18. 

The first grade (silver) medal may be awarded to holders of the second grade medal a minimum of three years after award of the latter, if they have completed 30 years of service with the same employer in the Principality of Monaco after reaching the age of 18.

The application must be made using the special online service on the Prince’s Government website MonServicePublic.mc available by clicking here. 

The application must be made directly by the employer or HR manager.

If Internet access is not available, copies of the form can also be obtained from the reception at the Ministry of State, Ministère d’Etat - Place de la Visitation, every day between 9.30 am and 5 pm.
