This Commission, for which a call for applications was published from 11 September 2023 to 6 October 2023, 254 homes were allocated from the five newly added stories of the Tour Réséda ("IDA - Block C", "Carmelha"), and newly renovated units.

This new Commission is a further step in efforts undertaken by the Government at the initiative of H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince to provide housing for Monegasque nationals with continually high satisfaction rates (excluding waiting lists).

F4: 85%
F5: 50%

Two previous Commissions, in 2022 and 2023, allocated 212 and 304 homes respectively.

These National Housing Plan operations are a prioritized budgetary expense of the Government that was examined and approved by the National Council in the Budget Act for each of the years presented.

Dismantling of the crane at the Tour Elsa and Tour Réséda buildings from 11 to 22 March 2024

Construction of the Elsa and Réséda buildings, two major projects of the National Housing Plan for Monegasques, are now complete. The imposing, and essential, 127.9-metre crane used for the building process will be dismantled between 11 and 22 March 2024.

From 5 March, a mobile network will be available to everyone in the Principality

From 5 March 2024, all French mobile customers will be able to use the Monegasque network throughout the Principality. This roll-out is being driven by the Government of Monaco, in collaboration with French mobile network operators and the national operator Monaco Telecom, to harmonise the quality of the mobile network across the country.
