NEWS RELEASE

To make disposing of Special Household Waste (SHW) easier and help protect the environment, the SMA, in partnership with the Prince's Government, has set up a mobile mini rubbish dump in different neighbourhoods around Monaco.

Inaugurated at MonaCollecte on 7-8 March at Quai Antoine I, this free service lets residents dispose of potentially hazardous products without having to travel far.

Rather than travel far, the rubbish dump now comes to you. One Saturday per month, from 9 am to 1 pm, the rubbish dump operates in a different neighbourhood of the Principality so residents can dispose of potentially hazardous products easily. Free of charge, this service for residents is designed to limit the risks associated with storing hazardous waste.

Waste is collected by an SMA team for safe and ecological processing. The team can answer questions and distributes information, pre-collection bags and dog waste bags.
