NEWS RELEASE

Following the leak that occurred on the water supply network on Avenue Hector Otto last April, which cut water supplies to many residents in the area, the Prince’s Government will renovate and enhance sewage and water networks in the area in partnership with the Société Monégasque des Eaux.

Work will be carried out simultaneously on two separate sections of Avenue Hector Otto:

  • From 1 July to 30 August 2024: traffic will alternate on the section between numbers 21 and 33 Avenue Hector Otto
  • From 1 July to 6 September 2024: traffic will alternate on the section between numbers 2 and 18 avenue Hector Otto
  • The Hector Otto bus stop will be temporarily relocated to 22 avenue Hector Otto from 24 July to 14 August 2024

In order to maintain traffic in both directions, manually controlled alternating traffic flow will be implemented from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm as well as traffic light piloting outside this period.

Traffic control schedules will be adapted to accommodate traffic flow according to needs. Pedestrian walkways will be maintained throughout the period of renovations.
