The reopening of "Handiplage" on Larvotto Beach until 3 September 2023

People with reduced mobility or disabilities can enjoy the beach free of charge, 7 days a week, from 10am to 5pm, until 3 September.
There are floating wheelchairs available and a team of 'Handiplagists' on duty to assist with swimming.
Those travelling by car are entitled to a free 3-hour parking pass, valid in the Larvotto car park (which has 8 disabled parking spaces and accessible pay stations).
There are lifts adapted to give access from the upper promenade, and access to the beach is via a gently sloping ramp.
