TINTIN stamps to go on sale on 21st november 2012
Monaco’s Stamp Issuing Office will release the following stamps for sale on 21st November 2012 :
0,77€ – TINTIN IN MONÉGASQUE
On 21st November 2012, the third volume of the “Adventures of Tintin” in monacan will be released. Called U Tesoru de Rakamu u Russu (Red Rackham’s Treasure) and published by Casterman, this volume follows I Ori de Castafiore ( the Castafiore Emerald ) and U Secretu d’a Licorna (the Secret of the Unicorn). To commemorate this event, a stamp created in collaboration with Moulinsart, will be issued on the same day.

- Sheet of 6 stamps with illuminations
This stamp will be on sale only at the Stamp Issuing Office and in the sales network of the Principality. It will be available to our subscribers and customers, together with other treasures from the philately programme of the first half of 2013. A "first day" sale will occur on 21st November 2012 in Monaco (Médiathèque - Bibliothèque Louis Notari) when the third album in monacan will be released. On this occasion, the Stamp Issuing Office will sell an illustrated insert in limited edition with the stamp and an exclusive numbered "first day" envelop.
