Understanding the process
In accordance with the provisions of the Sovereign Ordinance no. 10.115 implementing the Act no. 1.355 of 23 December 2008 regarding associations and association federations amended, Principality's associations, foundations and federations are obliged to provide certain information.
Before updating the information contained in the register of NPOs held by the Ministry of Interior and bringing your group into compliance with the requirements of the law, you must complete the questionnaire and the file below and return them to the following email address: OBNL@gouv.mc
