Civil Servants, Government Officials and members of the Administration can access their electronic payslips.
Understanding the process
Using this online procedure, Civil Servants, Government Officials and members of the Administration can access their electronic payslips and change the way in which their payslips are sent (paper or digital).
This online procedure therefore applies to the following:
- Civil Servants, Government Officials and members of the Administration in active employment
- Civil Servants, Government Officials and members of the Administration who have ceased their duties and have received electronic payslips
Electronic payslips will be available the month following receipt of the activation code.
You will have been sent a letter by the Department of Budget and Treasury informing you of your personal activation code.
You will need this activation code the first time you access the online service for viewing your payslips. After that, you will not be asked for this code again.
If you haven't received this letter, or if you have misplaced your activation code, you can make a request directly from your personal area for it to be reset, or you can contact the Department of Budget and Treasury.
By following the link to the online procedure for consulting your payslips, you can:
- Access your payslips
- Manage the way in which your payslips are sent
- Manage notifications of availability and deletion of your payslips
To access this online service, you should follow the steps below:
- Log in with your personal account:
- If you already have an account with the Administration to access an online service, use that one
- If you do not have a personal account, you can create one by clicking on "Create an account". We recommend that you use a personal email address to create your account, as you can also use this account to log into other online services
- After identification, you will be redirected to the electronic payslip consultation platform
- Enter the activation code sent to you by letter
- You will now have access to your payslips
Your electronic payslips will available on the online service for a time period of 60 years, after which they will be deleted.
You will be sent an e-mail three months before the expiry date of each payslip.
You are strongly recommended to download your payslips onto your own personal device.
