The voucher booklets entitles a 50% discount off the lowest-priced seat all Monegasque nationals and retired residents over the age of 60 who have worked in Monaco for at least ten years, disabled people.
Understanding the process
This booklet entitles holders to discounts on cultural and sporting events organised in the Principality of Monaco. Each ticket entitles the holder to a 50% discount on the lowest-priced ticket.
For season tickets, holders must present one voucher per seat to receive the discount mentioned above.
Each booklet contains 50 discount vouchers and has no expiry date. Booklets are issued to beneficiaries once a year.
This booklet allows holders to access special rates for all cultural and sporting activities.

You must provide:
- An ID photo
- A Monegasque ID card or a proof of retirement and at least ten years' employment in Monaco
Go to the Department of Social Welfare and Social Services (on the 2nd floor) with the documents mentioned above to collect your booklet.
To receive the discounted price, you must buy your seats directly from the ticket offices for the shows or sports events of your choice and not from retailers (e.g. department stores, the internet etc.)
On the day of the show or sport event, bring your entertainment pass.
To renew your pass, go to the DASO with your old pass.
