Holders of the book of tickets benefit from preferential rates for sports and cultural events of the Principality.
Holders of these passes can choose the seat they want and obtain a 50% discount, based on the price of the cheapest seat.
The book of tickets is issued to anyone over the age of 60, to Monegasque or retired persons who have been working in Monaco for at least ten years or who receive the monthly Retirement Allowance.
The book has no expiration date but only one pass is granted per year.

- Cinema "le Sporting"
- Prince Pierre Foundation conferences
- The Princesse Grace Theatre
- The Variety Theatre
- Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo
- The Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra
- The Opera
- Printemps des Arts events
- All public sporting events
You must provide:
- An ID photo
- A Monegasque ID card or a proof of retirement and at least ten years' employment in Monaco
- Reside in France or Monaco
Go to the Department of Social Welfare and Social Services (3rd floor, by the elevators to the right of Carrefour's pharmacy) with the documents mentioned below to collect your entertainment pass.
To receive the discounted price, you must buy your seats directly from the ticket offices for the shows or events of your choice and not from retailers (department stores, the internet etc.)
On the day of the show, bring your entertainment pass, as proof for the discounted price may be required.
To renew your pass, go to the DASO with your old pass.
