Angling in the public maritime domain is permitted ONLY in authorised areas, which can be found on the map here:

Finally, if you wish to engage in this activity, you must submit the relevant declaration to the Department of Maritime Affairs.
You can either:
- Download the declaration here:
- Or collect it from the Department of Maritime Affairs
You must submit the declaration, duly completed and signed, to the Direction des Affaires Maritimes, which will then issue you with a receipt valid for one year.
Once you have completed your form, simply submit it by clicking on this link.
It will then be automatically sent to the Direction des Affaires Maritimes, who will email you a receipt valid for one year.
