Help the victims

If you have the relevant skills, you should help any victims of the accident or the serious incident that you have witnessed.

Inform the Police

Inform the Police as quickly as possible by dialling 17.

Memorise the scene

Try to memorise anything that might help an enquiry.

Note down or remember details of any vehicles involved, including:

  • The make
  • Colour
  • Registration number

Note down or remember details of any people involved, including their:

  • Clothing
  • Height
  • Build
  • Skin colour
  • Hair
