Fraudulent use of your credit card – What you should do

If your credit card details have been "hacked" and used fraudulently, ask your bank for a bank statement showing the fraudulent operations.

You should go to the Legal Advice Service to file a complaint, taking your bank statement with you.

Following this, the Prosecutor General's Office will notify you of the results of the enquiry.
