On Wednesday 26 March 2025, the offices of the Department of Social Welfare and Social Services (DASO), located at 23 avenue Albert II, will be exceptionally closed to the public due to the department’s relocation.

From 2 April, the department will receive visitors at its new, permanent home situated at 5 Promenade Honoré II - Hall A (4th floor).

In the interim period, from 27 March to 1 April inclusive, both sites will be temporarily open to the public. Please call 98.98.41.00 to find out which DASO offices you should visit, depending on the nature of your query.

This allowance is a benefit paid to anyone who is married or living in a conjugal relationship who is responsible for the actual and permanent care of a child of Monegasque nationality of under 12 years of age, or under 16 if he or she has a disability that prevents him or her from attending school in an ordinary environment, and who occupies him or herself with the education of this child.
