Understanding the process
The special retirement allowance is a form of complementary income support.
To be eligible for this allowance you must:
- Be of Monegasque nationality
- Be over 60 years of age
- Have carried out a professional activity in Monaco or abroad that does not entitle you to receive a pension
To apply for the special retirement allowance you should contact the Caisse Autonome des Retraites (the Independent Pensions Fund).
