Hector Otto Foundation
The social purpose of the Hector Otto Foundation is to help the elderly. It has two residences for seniors, where priority for admission is given to people with limited resources.

The Bellando de Castro residence is a residence with services, providing accommodation for seniors in private apartments.
The main conditions for admission are:
- Be over 60 and under 85 years of age
- Be Monegasque or fulfil the residency conditions set out in the Foundation's Internal Regulations
- Be able-bodied and independent

Chamot - Drappier residences accept People aged over 60.
The main conditions for admission are:
- IRG 3-4 level (degree of loss of independence - level 3 to 4)
- Be Monegasque or fulfil the residence conditions stipulated by the Foundation's Internal Regulations

Résidence du Cap Fleuri
The Cap Fleuri residence boasts a leafy setting between the sea and mountains in Cap d'Ail and can accommodate up to 78 residents.
The conditions for admission are:
The Geriatric Department - Medium and Long Stay - Résidence du Cap Fleuri, Princess Grace Hospital accepts:
- People aged over 65
- Monegasques or people living in the Principality who fulfil the residence conditions stipulated by the Department of Social Welfare and Social Services
- Conditions for admission are pursuant to the agreement between the department of the Alpes-Maritimes and the Principality
Depending on your state of health and your autonomy assessment, an IRG (iso-resource group) classification will be determined according to advice from doctors in the geriatrics department.
Residency and long stay:
- A flat rate for accommodation
- A flat rate for dependency depending on the irg level. You should contact the Social Services of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs to determine the amount payable for an autonomy allowance
- A flat rate for care depending on the irg level, which is covered by the Monegasque social security but payable by residents with private insurance or who do not have social insurance
Medium stay: hospitalisation rate
Following hospitalisation at the Princess Grace Hospital, a stay of one to two months for convalescence (Résidence du Cap Fleuri), or a Medium-length stay (MLS I or II), can by covered by the Monaco Social Security.
