Presentation

The Principality has two pleasure ports :

  • Hercules Port, a natural bay at the foot of the ancestral rock of the princes of Monaco
  • Port of Fontvieille, at the very heart of the residential area of Fontvieille

The technical and commercial management of the ports is provided by the SEPM (Société d'Exploitation des Ports de Monaco).

Hercules Port

Hercules Port is a deep-water port. It has a semi-floating seawall that makes it possible to welcome large size and tonnage ships. Thus it welcomes major cruise ships all year round.

It has 700 berths of which 30 visitors according to availability on Quai des Etats-Unis and T central piscine.

Port of Fontvieille

The port of Fontvieille was built during the development of the new area of Fontvieille over the sea. It is protected from winds and swell and can welcome boats with a maximum draught of three metres.

It has 275 berths of which 16 visitors according to availability
