On Wednesday 26 March 2025, the offices of the Department of Social Welfare and Social Services (DASO), located at 23 avenue Albert II, will be exceptionally closed to the public due to the department’s relocation.

From 2 April, the department will receive visitors at its new, permanent home situated at 5 Promenade Honoré II - Hall A (4th floor).

In the interim period, from 27 March to 1 April inclusive, both sites will be temporarily open to the public. Please call 98.98.41.00 to find out which DASO offices you should visit, depending on the nature of your query.

A priority card for people with disabilities is issued to anyone who has been granted the status of a person with disabilities whose level of disability is at least 80%, or when his or her disability makes standing difficult.
