In the event of difficulties in opening a bank account in the Principality with a banking establishment of your choice, if you are of Monegasque nationality, who is resident or in the process of moving to Monaco, or financial agent appointed by a candidate in an election, you may avail yourself of the right to open a bank account in accordance with the provisions of the
