A new type of card for disabled people to make everyday life easier
Designed to make everyday life and travel easier for disabled people, the ‘priority card for disabled people’ gives priority access to seats on public transport, in waiting areas and rooms, and in establishments and events open to the public.
This new card offers several advantages for its holders:
- a more visible and identifiable logo, so that holders can immediately identify their status if they need to
- the logo and text in English make the card internationally understandable so that it can be used abroad
- more resistant: the card is now printed directly onto a credit card-type medium
The previous model of priority card remains valid. The new card is issued by the Direction de l'Action et de l'Aide Sociales and will be given to you at your request or when the current one expires.
