NEWS RELEASE

The Prince’s Government is stepping up its initiatives to improve quality of life for residents in state-owned housing.

In addition to constructing new buildings and accelerating the renovation of existing apartments, the Prince’s Government works to ensure that regular adaptations are made to the standard model for state-owned apartments, taking account of needs and feedback.

With this in mind, to offer residents the best possible support for their everyday lives, a guide has been produced for tenants and holders of a "habitation-capitalisation" contract.

The aim of this guide is to help residents with all administrative procedures associated with state-owned housing, and to answer questions related to living in and maintaining these apartments.
