Your SPME card is changing in 2025!

A QR code has been added to your new State Medical Benefits Office (SPME) card, enabling you to access a dedicated online space for SPME services.

When you scan the QR code with your smartphone or tablet, you will be directed to a page on the MonServicePublic.mc website that brings together all the information about SPME administrative services:

  • Family benefits
  • Medical benefits
  • Maternity
  • Accidents
  • Change in circumstances
  • Protection of rights and mediation

How to use it

  1. Open the camera or a QR code reader app on your smartphone or tablet
  2. Scan the QR code on your SPME card
  3. Click the link that appears to access the SPME webpage

Why has this change been introduced?

The addition of the QR code is designed to make it easier for you to access information about your services and offer you a quicker, smoother experience.
