During all the school holidays, as well as Wednesday afternoons children who are enrolled in a school in Monaco and whose parents both work, can attend the Leisure Centre.
Understanding the process
The Prince Albert II Leisure Centre is a daycare facility for children between the ages of 3 and 12 included, which operates during all school holidays and every Wednesday afternoon (during school terms).
To take advantage of the Prince Albert II Leisure Centre:
- For Wednesday AFTERNOONS: be enrolled in primary school (age 3 up to CM2 (Year 6)) and be enrolled in a state or private school under contract in the Principality of Monaco
- For school holidays: be aged between 3 and 12 and attend school in the Principality of Monaco
The holders of parental authority must:
- Provide proof of employment during school holidays and/or Wednesday afternoons
- In the event of divorce or separation, only the employment certificate of the holder of the user account who holds parental authority, or of the co-representative who holds parental authority will suffice.
Processing registration requests
Registrations are valid for one school year (September to September). As access to this service is conditional, enrolments cannot be renewed each year. Families wishing to take advantage of this service must apply for enrolment in accordance with the procedures set out below.

To enrol your child, you will first need to create an account at loisirsdenjs.gouv.mc
Under "je n’ai pas d’espace" (I don’t yet have an account), click on "Créer mon compte" (Create an account) and follow the instructions.
The Department of Education, Youth and Sport will then send you a confirmation email, which you will need in order to complete the online registration process.
To finalise your registration, before signing into your account, make sure you have the following documents ready:
- Registration application (including: the application form, the direct debit mandate (SEPA), medical and health file, a certificate of fitness for group participation, the authorisation to record the image/voice of the minor child, from ages 3 to 5, and ages 6 to 12, and the Internal rules:
- One ID photo of the child which should be attached to the medical and health file for the nurse (if you want to purchase online, you will need to upload it in JPG or PDF format)
- For employees: certificate of employment issued by the employer and dated within the current calendar year, showing the working hours of the child’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s)
- For traders, companies and licensed professionals: registration with the Trade and Industry Directory
- Other cases: NIS certificate dated within the current calendar year and a signed declaration stating your working hours
- For children whose parents are divorced or separated: a photocopy of the extract from the decree or other official document setting out who has custody (in case of divorce, separation, etc.), the relevant provisions of the judgment specifying custody and parental authority, including the cover page and the section beginning "On these grounds"
Once you have collected the documents listed above, you can sign in to your personal account using the link sent by the DENJS to add family members, co-guardians, children, and contact details.
After receiving a complete application and reviewing the request, the Department of Education, Youth and Sport (DENJS) reserves the right to refuse an application for enrolment with the Prince Albert II Leisure Centre.
If the application is accepted, new applicants will receive an activation key, along with a username and password enabling them to access their online account once the request has been approved.
Important: The DENJS will not accept your enrolment if the application is incomplete. A child’s registration will only be confirmed once the application has been received, reviewed, and all required documents have been submitted.
First, you will need to gather the following documents:

From the dedicated online service page, sign in to your account with your username and password, go to the Leisure Centre section and follow the instructions to renew your child’s enrolment.
Important: The Department of Education, Youth and Sport (DENJS) will not accept your enrolment if the application is incomplete. A child’s registration will only be confirmed once the application has been received, reviewed, and all required documents have been submitted.

To renew your child’s enrolment online, before signing in to your account, make sure you have the following documents ready:
- Full bank account details (RIB)
- One ID photo of the child (in JPG format)
- Certificate of fitness for group participation completed and signed by the family doctor:
- For employees: certificate of employment issued by the employer and dated within the current calendar year, showing the working hours of the child’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s)
- For traders, companies and licensed professionals: registration with the Trade and Industry Directory
- Other cases: NIS certificate dated within the current calendar year and a signed declaration stating your working hours
- If custody arrangements have been changed for children whose parents are divorced or separated: a photocopy of the extract from the decree or other official document setting out who has custody (in case of divorce, separation, etc.), the relevant provisions of the judgment specifying custody and parental authority, including the cover page and the section beginning "On these grounds"
Once you have collected the documents listed above, sign in to your account to download the other documents that you will need to print out, fill in, sign, and upload to complete the re-enrolment process:
- The direct debit mandate (SEPA) completed and signed (if you want to pay by direct debit)
- Medical and health file completed and signed
- Authorisation to record the image/voice of the minor child, signed by both holder(s) of parental authority and the minor child
You will need the following supporting documents at hand:
- Registration application (including: the application form, the direct debit mandate (SEPA), medical and health file, a certificate of fitness for group participation, the authorisation to record the image/voice of the minor child, from ages 3 to 5, and ages 6 to 12, and the Internal rules):
- Certificate of fitness for group participation, listed in the application form, completed and signed by the family doctor
- The direct debit mandate (SEPA), listed in the application form, completed and signed (if you want to pay by direct debit)
- Medical and health file, listed in the application form, completed and signed
- Authorisation to record the image/voice of the minor child, listed in the application form, signed by both holder(s) of parental authority and the minor child
- A full bank account details (RIB)
