How to register for the Pass'Sport Culture

The Pass'Sport Culture offers Monegasques aged 11 to 25 living or attending school in Monaco the chance to take part in cultural and sporting activities during the school holidays.

Understanding the process

Pass'Sport Culture is a programme full of cultural and sporting activities for Monegasques aged 11 to 25 who live or attend school in Monaco.

Each member is issued a personal card, valid for the current year (from September to the end of August), giving access to various activities throughout the school holidays.

Registration

The application form will be available online from September.

You can register via the dedicated online service or by downloading the registration form from this page.

Programme, bookings, and payment

The activity programme is available approximately 15 days before each holiday period. You can find it in the ‘Files’ tab at the bottom of the page.

Activities can be booked at the Academic Counselling and Education Resource Centre by telephone or email.

Payment must be made on-site, in cash or by cheque made payable to the Public Treasury (TGF):

  • €25 for All Saints holiday, Winter and Spring holidays
  • €60 for the summer holidays (July-August)

 

Online registration is only available if you have already registered with the Prince Albert II Leisure Centre or Pass'Port Culture and already have a personal account on the following website: www.loisirsdenjs.gouv.mc. 

To register online you will need to provide the following supporting documents: 

Compulsory documents:

  • A current civil liability insurance certificate in the name of the member
  • ID photo
  • A photocopy of the Monaco identity card, the residence permit or the school card

If registering for sporting activities:

Optional documents:

  • A photocopy of a swimming certificate for water-based activities (for new registrations)
  • A parental permission form for driving a Jet Ski (over 16s)*
  • A parental permission form for gliding (over 15s)*

*Permissions can be downloaded from the “Files” tab at the bottom of the page.

Documents to be downloaded, completed, and signed once you have logged on to the online service: 

  • The parental permission form
  • Consent for image/voice recording
  • Rules and regulations

From the dedicated Online Service, log into your account using your login and password, select the Pass'Sport Culture section and follow the steps until the registration process is complete.

If your account has never been activated, please contact CIEN by phone on: (+377) 98 98 87 63.

Once your application has been confirmed, you can collect your membership card from the Academic Counselling and Education Resource Centre (CIEN).

The paper form is compulsory if you do not have an account on the following website: www.loisirsdenjs.gouv.mc.

Applications must be made using the 2024-2025 registration pack.

In addition to the completed registration form, you must also provide:

You must send the COMPLETE application to the Academic Counselling and Education Resource Centre, who will send you your membership card for school year.
