Handiplage

The "Handiplage" beach enables people with reduced mobility and blind or partially sighted people to enjoy the pleasures of sea bathing.

The site has been awarded the "Handiplage" Level 3 label (for beaches adapted to people with disabilities).

The site has:

Four "Tiralo" floating wheelchairs, with assistance from the Handiplage staff
Toilets, showers, and changing rooms for people with disabilities
A ramp for disabled access, a sloping surface and handrails to improve access to the site and make it easier to enter the water
A car park with designated disabled spaces and accessible pay stations

Handiplage users can benefit from three hours' free parking in the Larvotto car park.
