The football field

The natural grass playing field rests on a concrete slab which is located 13 metres above sea level. Underneath this slab is level four of the car park.

The playing field conforms to the UEFA norms which stipulate 105m by 68m.

The athletics facilities

The 400m athletics track, which was completely renovated in 2009, includes nine lanes (the ninth has a covering which is particularly soft for jogging). All the competition facilities are arranged in half-moons (high jump area, javelin area, steeplechase track) or along the length of the track (long jump).

A warmup track was designed inside the building. Measuring 70 metres by 2.5 metres, it has the same synthetic covering as the outdoor track.

The athletics control room is equipped with a timekeeping system which is connected to a “photo-finish” scorekeeping appliance.

An athletics weight training room is located at the end of the indoor warmup track.

The stands and scoreboards

The stands provide seating for 18, 525.

The majority of the seats are covered by awnings which support the night lights for the whole play area.

Two LED state of the art scoreboards (one scoreboard is 60m2 and the other is 30m2) allow spectators to view video images, as well as a scorekeeping and timekeeping system.
