- Or collect them from the Housing Department
You need to take the completed “Déclaration de vacance” form to the Housing Department, in the month following the date on which the asset was vacated.
You need to take the completed “Offre de location” form to the Housing Department, accompanied by a certificate from an inspection body which is less than a year old.
Once you have found a tenant, complete the form
mentioning the candidate for the property you selected at the end of the publication.
Submitting the form to the Housing Department.
You must provide the Housing Department with the following:
- The draft tenancy agreement contract, in order that it might be certified
- A copy of the tenancy agreement contract within the eight days which follow the signing of this contract
