Understanding the process
Occupants and tenants of state-owned properties (including residential, commercial, office, parking and warehouse spaces) can request free and unlimited access to the State Property Authority’s online portal.
The following are available via this portal:
- Online access to your invoices and payment certificates for the last 12 months
- The ability to manage your personal information
You will have received a temporary username and password from the State Property Authority.
To obtain a new username and/or password:
You can request a new username or password:
- Directly from the State Property Authority, please bring your identity card
- By sending an email, including identification for the contract signatory, to monespacedomaines@gouv.mc
You can request a new username or password:
- Directly from the State Property Authority, please bring your identity card and an extract from the Trade and Industry Registry dated of less than 3 months
- By sending an email, including identification for the contract signatory and an extract from the Trade and Industry Registry dated of less than 3 months to monespacedomaines@gouv.mc
Logging in for the first time
The first time you log into "Mon Espace Domaines", you will need to activate your account using your username and password.
You will then be able to choose a new username and password.
Using your browser
Log into the online portal from your computer by clicking domaines.gouv.mc
Using your smartphone
Log into the online portal via the "Mon Espace Domaines" app, which is available from Google Play or App Store.
