Understanding the process
To obtain the form you can:
- Download it here:
- Or collect it from the State Property Authority
You must supply:
- A copy of the vehicle registration certificate(s)
- Bank account details [relevé d’identité bancaire]
- A photocopy of your ID card if you are of Monegasque nationality. Otherwise, a copy of your residence permit
- If you are making an application for a reduced fee for an environmentally friendly vehicle: the manufacturer’s certificate
The application must be submitted to the State Property Authority.
To rent one or more parking spaces for a car or motorcycle in a state owned building you must make an application to the State Property Authority.
