How to log in to an Online Service for Individuals using MonGuichet.mc

If you are an individual and you have an existing online service account (e.g. for enrolling your child in secondary school, booking a technical inspection for your car, applying for a job, etc.)

• Enter your usual username and your password
• Click on "Log in"
• When you first log in to MonGuichet.mc using your online service account, you will be asked to select the account type: Individuals

If you have forgotten your username, click on "Forgotten your username?" and enter your email address. You will receive an email containing the username(s) associated with this email address. If you do not receive an email, that means that you do not yet have an account for this email address.

If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgotten your password?", enter your username and follow the procedure sent to you by email.

If you are an Individual and you have an activated digital identity

• Click on Log in with MConnect then follow the procedure
• When you first log in, if you already have an online service account or a MonGuichet.mc account, link this account to your digital identity to see your previous service requests

If you are an Individual and do not yet have an account

• Click on "Create my account"
• Choose your account type: "I am an individual", then follow the procedure
• Once you have completed the registration process, follow the procedure on "How to access online services" below

How to access online services?

Either via the URL for the online service:

• Go to the URL for the online service you require
• Click on "Launch"
• Log in using MonGuichet.mc (See the "How to log in" section above)
• Click on "Submit a request"
• Follow the procedure

Or via the MonGuichet.mc user portal:

• Go to the website MonGuichet.mc
• Log in using MonGuichet.mc (See the "How to log in" section above)
• Click on "Access a service"
• Click on the relevant category
• Select the service then click on "Access the online service"
• Click on "Launch"
• Click on "Submit a request"
