Understanding the process
It is possible to change the bank from which you pay the loan repayments relating to your "Habitation-Capitalisation" contract.
To get the form you can either:
- Download it here:
- Or collect it from The State Property Authority
Please return the completed and signed direct debit authorisation form, along with your new Bank Account Details (RIB) to the State Property Authority.
