Understanding the process
You must have enough money in your account each month or quarter, depending on the type of direct debit, to cover the payment of the sums due on the account debited.
You can modify the bank account from which the direct debits for your rent and other charges are taken by making a request to the State Property Authority.

- Or collect it from State Property Authority
You must provide details of the account to be debited in the form of a bank account details (Relevé d’Identité Bancaire-RIB).
You should send off the form with the RIB to the State Property Authority. Any changes will only be effective the month after your request is received.
