Understanding the process
Once you have moved into a State-owned apartment, you will have to follow certain procedures regarding the Housing Department and the State Property Authority.
When you have been allocated State-owned accommodation by the Housing Department , you must:
- Return the acceptance letter to the Housing Department
You should make an appointment with the Technical Management of the the Housing Department for an inventory to be carried out when you take over and leave the apartment.
You should contact your insurance company to take out multirisk housing insurance from the day you sign the lease and must provide proof of this insurance to the Housing Department.
